Hotels: The closest hotel is owned by the University in town, and is a little on the higher end...
I have spoken with the management, and can get a group discount rate if there is interest. The price i was quoted was $99/night. It is a super nice place, and is only 2 miles from the festivities. Please let me know if there is interest in this, so i can go ahead and get things booked.
There are also several hotels in Lima/Findlay which are both about 20 minutes away.
Route: Snomelck and I went out route scouting/hell raising yesterday, put on about 100 miles and found some real cool roads, you guys will not be dissapointed!
