We've finally got some of the 'Ride to the Run' details worked out. Looks like we will be meeting up in Mansfield, OH near the intersection of 71 and 30. Streeter (admin & creator of Bobbertalk.com) is gonna offer up his shop for us to gather at. Any roadside repairs that need made, can be made. Let's shoot for 6:00PM. We'll grab some gas and tear on down 30 to the Barn, should be about an hour ride from Streeter's place.

Good news! 81 (the state route from Ada to the barn) is currently being re-paved! Hopefully they fix the railroad crossing too, but either way nice new asphalt is in the works, should be a primo spot for some side by side action.

Cliff has his XS650 frame almost complete, and its looking beautiful! Stay tuned more build-off bikes and progress! And its not too late to get in on the action yourself!

Hotels: The closest hotel is owned by the University in town, and is a little on the higher end...



I have spoken with the management, and can get a group discount rate if there is interest. The price i was quoted was $99/night. It is a super nice place, and is only 2 miles from the festivities. Please let me know if there is interest in this, so i can go ahead and get things booked.

There are also several hotels in Lima/Findlay which are both about 20 minutes away.



Route: Snomelck and I went out route scouting/hell raising yesterday, put on about 100 miles and found some real cool roads, you guys will not be dissapointed!

Build off entry

If you've been following along we have a build off deal going for R4YL, there's no real prize other than shit talking rights. Here's an entry from our friend Dano. I like the XS650 but it seems the majority of them on the web (with the exception of a few) are all about the same. You know what I mean, but this one is fresh & I'm really digin it!

The Couch

For those not in the know... "The couch" as it's became known as, is Image1's back up, back up bike.... Sweet huh?

Fact is, with Red still in rehab, I'd just about kill to ride... even the couch!

well, hopefully the Triumph! I've been busy trying to get these three old girls back into running condition. I'm still waiting! on my crankshafts to get back from the machinist. Had to get 2 polished, and one turned -.010 So, in the meantime, i have been spending some extra time on the HotRod of the group. I removed the fins on the transcover, and also some of the extra casting on the outter transmission. I also drilled the cam wheels to lighten them up a bit. This motor is also getting a set of Megacycle cams, high comp pistons, Black diamond valves, lightweight crank, Sidedraft carb w/ 36mm Mikuni and its a 5spd/21t!!! Hopefully i'll have it finished up in time! If not, me and the chicken have some talkin' to do, cause i'm NOT taking the damn couch!

Sorry for being so slow to update over here just been laze last few days.

We have some shirts that are almost through the design process by our friend Logan Graphics. Once the design is done it's off to printing & we'll take pre orders.
